My artwork cannot be inserted into, modified by, or used to train, any AI models at any time.

My artwork cannot be used as NFTs.

Do not edit, trace, or re-paint completed artworks unless given express permission by me as the artist.. Additionally, do not submit completed artworks to other commissioners to be recreated by them. 

Do not request me to change my art style or replicate another artist's work/style.

Credit via link to this website is always requested when reposting work created by me. 

I reserve the right to share commissioned work for self-promotional reasons unless specifically requested to keep a finished work private.

All character references provided are of your own original work or commissioned work of your own character. I will not use any AI generated references.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any client or commission at any time for any reason. 

I reserve the right to blacklist any client at any time for any reason.

No NSFW requests. Tasteful, artistic nudity and horror/gore may be accepted, but no sexual acts.

P U R C H A S E    T E R M S    A N D    D I S C L A I M E R S

When purchasing via PayPal, you must select ''Goods and Services'' and provide a single-sentence description of what you're paying for. This provides both you and myself security during the transaction process.

I only accept legal tender as payment. Methods such as Steam wallet, Discord Nitro, or other such gifting forms are not accepted. 

I offer payment plans for commissions worth £60 or higher in instalments of £30 or more. If you wish to use a payment plan, you must notify me first. I will work with you to arrange a schedule for instalments until the full asking price is met.

My preferred method of accepting payment is via PayPal. 

I am from the United Kingdom. All of my prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Prices will not be adjusted for other currencies and are always expected to meet the equivalent. 

You agree to, and are expected to pay, the full listed price. Discounts are only offered by me and should not be requested. Do not order a commission if you cannot eventually pay in full. 

Work on your commission begins after at least ~50% (including the deposit) of the agreed price is paid. Your position in queue may still apply. You may pay a flat rush fee of £30 to enter the priority queue. 

Finished pieces will only be delivered after 100% of the agreed price is paid. 

My husband (@pataphysician) manages all of my financial accounts. As a result, you may be requested to transfer to Israeli Shekels (₪). 

Payment can be accepted via the Pricing page, via paypal.me/vulningpelican, or via invoice.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S    A N D    R E F U N D S

Refunds will only be offered equivalent to the amount of completed work at the time of the refund, up to a milestone of ~50% completion, after which you cannot request a refund.

If you cancel and request a refund, you will receive whatever has already been completed. 

If I myself cancel, you will receive a full refund, regardless of completion percentage. 

If for whatever reason you do not respond, or I can no longer contact you, your commission will be put on hold for at least 30 days before being cancelled with no refund if lack of contact continues.

If you file a chargeback after a completed work has been delivered, you will be permanently blacklisted. This is non-negotiable.

Upon contacting me, please allow at least 48 hours for a response time. 

I work on my usual queue Tuesdays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm. Please do not request updates beyond this schedule. 

Throughout the process, I will provide updates for sketches, flat colour, and rendering, as well as any other updates I deem necessary.
Unless paid upfront, these are all low quality (5%-10% resolution) and watermarked. This is non-negotiable. 

When working with me, we maintain a strictly artist - client relationship. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time if you breach my boundaries. 

All clients are welcome, and invited, to ask questions and request updates at any time during my active hours - however are also encouraged to first check the Queue.

R E V I S I O N S    A N D    E D I T S

Small revisions and edits during the process (adjustments, repairs, liquified adjustments, hue changes, etc.) are free of charge.

Clients are entitled to 3 free of charge major revisions. Following this:

Major edits come with a minimum fee £10, more depending on the edit complexity. 

All edits after commission completion come with a minimum fee of £20. 

I cannot guarantee I will be able to edit or change a finished commission. 

Please ensure all descriptions and reference images provided before sketching begins accurately represent the piece you'd like to see.

P R O P E R T Y    R I G H T S    A N D    L I C E N S I N G

Purchased artwork is for personal use only. 

I retain ownership over the original artwork at all times.

If you wish to use my work commercially for independent financial gain, you must first purchase a Commercial License. 

If you intend to use my artwork commercially, you must communicate this at the time of commissioning me so we can discuss licensing.

Reposted artwork, regardless of held license, must be credited to me.

Works used for branding purposes (logos, icons, other graphics) do not require a commercial license. 

Designs purchased from me cannot be re-sold.

Designs can only be used to create ''Adoptables'' if you first purchase a commercial license from me. 

You cannot purchase a commercial license with intent to trace or manipulate, re-sell as NFTs, or use for AI training/generation. 

Derivative works are for personal use only.

F I N A L    W O R K     D E T A I L S

Artwork is created using Clip Studio Paint. 

Artworks are exported as PNG at 100% resolution at 72-300px depending on image size.
Finished works can also be exported as a different file at request, free of charge.

Default canvas size is 4000x6000. 

Painting time and detail may vary between each piece. Pricing is based on the average time (hours) required for each commission type.

Completed works are delivered via method of contact and also provided as a download link via Google Drive to preserve quality.

Final exports can be compressed/adjusted to your preference free of charge.
