How do i place an order and what happens after purchase?
Orders are placed through my website, via the Pricing page, using the third party Stripe. You can also request that I create a product link for you to pay through directly.
My payment sources through Stripe accept direct bank or card transfers, Billie, PayPal, Link, Klarna, Revolut, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
After payment has been confirmed, you'll be added to the Queue where you can track the status of your order. Upon completion, the finished work will be delivered to your preferred method of contact in high-resolution downloadable PNG or JPEG format via Google Drive link, which will remain up temporarily for 30 days.
Are there any age restrictions for purchasing art?
By purchasing from me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. My artwork may contain themes inspired by mature or horrifying content.
What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?
Refunds can be offered at any point before a sketch has been approved. After a sketch has been approved, no refunds will be offered. If you do not approve a sketch, the refund offered is valued at 70%.
Only the Flat Colour tier+ is eligible for refunds.
If you have paid in full before a sketch has been sent to you, you can request a full refund valued at 100% of the total price. You will not receive the sketch. This is otherwise referred to as Commission Slot Cancellation.
Commission slots can be cancelled at any point during the refund eligibility period.
What are the legal points i need to be aware of?
All artwork created is custom to order and typically involved home-made characters not belonging to a copyrighted IP. Any work that is created with copyrighted characters is not affiliated with the copyright holders or associated companies.
When purchasing artwork of someone else's characters, please be prepared to provide express permission to use said characters for the commission. I will not draw someone else's personal characters without permission. The only exception is if providing the artwork as a surprise gift, if there is evidence of it being delivered as a gift following the order.
What about intellectual property rights?
All artwork created is still copyrighted by me unless you purchase an express ownership license or pay a licensing subscription. Licensing is not yet available at this time.
My artwork cannot be fed into AI learning algorithms or NFT sales fronts.
You cannot re-sell my artwork or claim it as your own original creation. When re-publishing my artwork, provide credit through contact links and redirection links to this website.
How do you handle personal data?
I collect emails and usernames at checkout for the purpose of purchase logging for legal protection of both seller and consumer. Any associated real names or addresses displayed at the point of purchase or on receipts and invoices is not shared beyond our management.

- Homophobic artwork
- Real-world political artwork
- Replications of other artist's works
- Work references from AI generated submissions
- NFTs
